THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF), Manhattan, KS has a requirement for a Job Order Contract (JOC), Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for construction projects. The task orders to be awarded under this contract will be for construction project work at various buildings within the NBAF footprint. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $45.0 million. The proposed contract will be for one (1) five year ordering period, resulting in the contract performance period of maximum 5 years. The estimated contract minimum guarantee is $2,000.00 with an estimated overall contract maximum of $20,000,000. The anticipated Task Orders are estimated to range from $2,000 to $2,000,000.00. The Government will award a single JOC IDIQ Contract. Individual funded requirements will be awarded through the issuance of firm-fixed-price Task Orders; however, no project exist currently. A solicitation may or may not be issued on or about April 15, 2024 depending on the agency needs.
