This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0436 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This solicitation is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a business size of 800 employees. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase Autoclaves with Delivery, Installation, Startup, and Commissioning. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
