This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0311 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 333995 Fluid Power Cylinder and Actuator Manufacturing with a business size of 800 employees. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase Tornado and APR Door Actuator and Controls Parts. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order.
