The SOW and Specifications are written for the construction of a field fencing at Riesel, TX. There IS a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. Site Visit is on May 28th, 2024 at 10am CST. All questions pertaining must be submitted in writing to the POC (jennifer.busbea@usda.gov) for this solicitation. Responses will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 12:00 PM May 30, 2024. Questions submitted after this until quotes are due may not receive a response. This project is subject to availabiltiy of funds.
