This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0285 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase Pilot and Aircraft Services for Rain Enhancement Research Project in Panama. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order.
