If you would like to walk the grounds prior to submitting a quote, please see paragraph L.6 of the solicitation. All questions pertaining must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) for this solicitation. Responses will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM February 1, 2024. Questions submitted after February 1, 2024 until quotes are due may not receive a response.
