THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY - NOTICE UPDATE TO SITE VISIT DATE AND TIME 12805B23R0016 Clay Center Shade Structures Phase II The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement to build shade structures at facility in Clay Center NE. space to improve The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the renovation/addition. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12805B23R0016, may be issued on or around 17 February. The NAICS Code shall be 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined. The RFP will be accessible via sam.gov in the “Contracting Opportunities” section.
