This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0626 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) has a need to purchase a Hyperspectral System. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order.
