Description of Work: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, Central Plains Research Station (CPER) requires fencing services. The requirements are further detailed in the attached Requirements Documents. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
