RFQ12805B23Q0606: Respirometry System NAICS 334516; Size Standard of 1000 Employees Unrestricted Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0606 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase a Respirometry System. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. Offers shall submit required documents via email ONLY to erin.riffey@usda.gov. Include the solicitation number in the subject line of your email. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents. In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award.
