Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered they will not be permitted on the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is July 24, 2023 any registration request received after July 24, 2023will not be accepted. Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/. REE is in process of gathering the FY23 data to date regarding the length of time it takes for definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts on a rolling data call basis in which the awarding contracting office provides on a per modification basis. That data will be aggregated and will be available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/ as required by 15 U.S.C. 644(w). Data regarding this requirement was not gathered prior to FY23.
