The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, requires the Repair Exhaust Fan #3. The Contractor shall furnish a detailed technical proposal and detailed pricing proposal. The Government intends to award single firm fixed price purchase orders. The requirements are further detail in the attached Requirements Document. The SITE ADDRESS is: SDA ARS Plains Area, NGPRL 1701 10th Avenue SW Mandan, ND 58554 DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: To be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by: Providing a quote on company letterhead, include completed solicitation form, and quote document addressing all of the requirements of the RFQ, clearly note per pricing and be valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote. Provide SAM.gov registration identification (Unique Entity ID). Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Government Point of Entry (sam.gov). SITE VISIT Offerors or quoters are expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. The site visit will be held at the discretion and coordination with below POC John Fellers and must be completed before July 14th 2023 at 12:00am CT. A site visit is required for All sources wishing to quote; offers shall furnish a quotation by 12:00 p.m. Central Time, on or before July 14th, 2023.
