This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0318 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The associated NAICS code is 621340 Office of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and Audiologists, with a business size standard of $8 million and the PSC code is Q403. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, Northern Plains Agricultural Research Lab located in Sidney, MT has a need for an OMSP for a Base Year plus 4 Option Years. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. Quotes will be evaluated by performing a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to determine which quote meets the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation methodology.
