This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0195 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The associated NAICS code is 325998 All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 500 employees and the PSC code is 6850. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) has a need to purchase CUP and Waste Water Chemical. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The Government anticipates award of a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering three major areas: technical acceptance, past performance and price. Quotes will be evaluated by performing a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to determine which quote meets the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation methodology. All sources wishing to quote shall furnish a quotation by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time, on or before 22 February 2023.
