THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement to renovate metabolic research unit in Grand Forks ND. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the renovation/addition. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12805B22R0017, may be issued on or around May 25, 2022. The NAICS Code shall be 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $39.5M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined.
