THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement to renovate and modernize the laboratory space to improve the operation and functionality of the current space by combining four small laboratories (150, 152, 154, 156) to create one large shared laboratory. The work includes the complete interior demolition of lab and office space in a 2,500 square foot ground floor wing of the building; HVAC system repairs; and complete rebuild of the lab and office space to meet modern lab standards. and incidental related work.
