This is a pre-solicitation notice. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for a Single-Award Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Demolition and Abatement construction projects in the Plains Area -North. The Plains Area - North includes facilities in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado The task orders to be awarded under this contract will be for demolition and abatement work at various buildings within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors), with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million. The proposed contract will be for one (1) five year ordering period, resulting in the contract performance period of maximum 5 years. The estimated contract minimum guarantee is $2,000.00 with an estimated overall contract maximum of $4,500,000. The anticipated Task Orders are estimated to range from $2,000 to $1,000,000.00. The Government will award a single Indefinite Quantity Contract. Individual funded requirements will be awarded through the issuance of firm-fixed-price Task Orders; however, no project exist currently. A solicitation may or may not be issued on or about February 1, 2022 depending on the agency needs.
