Scope of Work Vendor shall provide continuing continuity of service. Provide the software, annual maintenance updates, technical support, and training to the USDA as a part of this services contract to the IBM Maximo system in use at the USDA. All data, programming, configurations currently in the existing NCAH IBM Maximo system must remain operational throughout the duration of this contract without modification of any of the existing system prior to the award of this contract. Provider must be fedramp approved. Provide a software as a service (SaaS) that is fedramp approved The CMMS program must have SAML2 front end option which allows USDA Lincpass use.
