The following has been removed from the original scope of work. All electrical rough in construction has been removed that includes 2-400 amp, service panels, new meter installation near power pole, and electrical locates relevant to this project. Overhead door to match existing overhead doors on the south side of the pre-engineered building. PROJECT LOCATION: Fort Collins Research Facility (FCRF), Fort Collins CO CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The period of performance of this contract is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Reference RFQ #12805B22Q0312 FCRF Shop Construction, Fort Collins CO Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to both mike.bernal@usda.gov and toinette.aranda@usda.gov No later than 19 July 2022 @ 3:00pm Mountain. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote/proposal preparation costs.
