Only Email submissions of proposals will be accepted. 2) Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-54; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All sources wishing to submit proposal shall furnish a proposal by the time specified in this GPE beta.sam.gov posting. Proposals are to be sent via email to Toinette Aranda at toinette.aranda@usda.gov Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Government Point of Entry (beta.sam.gov). All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to toinette.aranda@usda.gov no later than 1/26/2022. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7 and 52.212-1(k). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
