DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Abate Asbestos flooring and mastic. Install flooring and paint area. Two Phases: Phase 1 Abate Asbestos flooring and mastic Buildings 1 and 2. Phase 2 Abate Asbestos flooring and mastic Building 11. PROJECT LOCATION: Somerville Pecan Station, College Station Texas CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Phase 1 120 After Notice to Proceed Phase 2 90 days after funded Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to both mark.buxkemper@usda.gov and toinette.aranda@usda.gov Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for Phase II of this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote/proposal preparation costs.
