Project Description: Work includes: The USDA, ARS, Grazinglands Research Laboratory, located at 7207 W. Cheyenne Street, El Reno, OK 73036 building 6, requires repairing damaged boards and windows, prepping and painting of exterior wood trim, soffits, exposed rafters and siding with like color. Work includes: Replace/repair deteriorated or damaged windows in like kind to match the existing material and form (approximately 5-41 X 72, 2-48 x 48, and 3-54 x 72). Prepare wood as per paint manufactures directions for warranty of paint by cleaning, scraping and prepping where necessary. Apply paint of like color equivalent or superior to Sherwin Williams’s Emerald brand exterior paint as per manufactures recommendation (approximately 3500 sqft).
