Amendment 0002 Posted Amendment 0001 Posted Site Visit will be held on April 20th at 10:00am CST and will start at KSU Foundation Bldg, 1880 Kimball Ave, Manhattan, KS 66502. We request that only one representative per company. Further we need the Contractor's provided full name, date of birth, and social security number so that a security check can be done. Reps will need to wear long pants, mask covering, and need a study boot. The Government will provide the rest of the PPE. On the day of the visit representatives will meet in the lobby of the foundation building 1880 Kimball Ave. We will meet them in the lobby to do a presentation before doing the site walk. They will be escorted by the Government. If you intend to attend the site visit you must be registered no later than April 10th, by sending a registration email with those participating to kelly.wright@usda.gov (Do not send you SSN by email, we will call and get it over the phone). If you are not registered to attend the site visit by April 10th, you will be allowed to attend.
