Note: The Offer Due Date has been extended by 24 hours until Feb 09, 2021 02:00 pm MST. ------------------------------ 02/05/2021 Clarifications: Reference: Clause 52.247-66 Returnable Cylinders (p. 9 of 26 in the Solicitation). When filling in the Value per Cylinder, paragraph (c), the quantities are estimates and do not impact the replacement value. The Government needs to know the replacement value per cylinder if one is lost or damaged while in the Government's possession. Additional Clarification: The number of cylinders on station at any given time is constantly changing, depending on usage and demand. The Government estimates that approximately 70 cylinders (total) are on station at any given time. Please complete Attachment B - Price Spreadsheet given the values listed in order for the Government to use the same basis to compare prices for evaluation, to include subcontractor rental fees, if any. ------------------------------ 02/03/2021 Update: Please submit the revised Attachment B Price Spreadsheet, Revision 2, dated 02/02/2021.
