Destination in accordance with FAR 52.247-34 F.O.B Destination. ---------------------- Texture Analyzer (brand name or equal) for the USDA ARS Cereal Crops Research Center located at 1616 Albrecht Blvd North, Fargo, ND 58102. Please see attached Specifications and the RFQ package for more details. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. Evaluation for this solicitation will be Buy Best Value, awarding a contract to that results in the best value for the Federal Government. To be considered for award, contractor must be a registered Small Business and Active in The System for Award Management, found at www.sam.gov, and must maintain an Active registration throughout the duration of the contract.
