Specialized Swine Feed with additives Visano and M Mobilize (DFM, Visano, and toxin binder M Mobilize), for the USDA ARS U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (USMARC) located at 844 Rd 313, Clay Center, NE 68933. Please see attached Specifications in the RFQ package for more details; no substitutes may be considered due to critical on-going research, the swine feed must match the specialized required specifications exactly. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. Evaluation for this solicitation will be Buy Best Value, awarding a contract to that results in the best value for the Federal Government. To be considered for award, contractor must be registered and Active in The System for Award Management, found at www.sam.gov, and must maintain an Active registration throughout the duration of the contract.
