The contractor must provide 575 tons of Solvent Extracted High Protein Soybean Meal with a minimum of 45.5% crude protein, 3.80% maximum crude fiber, minimum .50% crude fat, and maximum 8.0% maximum crude ash. Soybean meal must be delivered to USDA/ARS/USMARC, Clay Center, NE feed mill in hopper bottom trucks.
