The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to enter into a firm fixed-price contract with a single Small Business Contractor for the located at 5021 E County Road 58, Ft Collins CO 80524-9327. The site has two Federally owned metal buildings of approximately 10,000 Square Feet each. There are two Electric revenue meters, one for the two buildings and one for fire protection equipment. The two buildings shall be served by the same array of roof mounted solar panels located on the roof of Building #1 and connected to Public Service Company of Colorado (Xcel) account # 53-3089304.
