This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation 12805B20Q0225 is issued as a request for quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect at this current time. The USDA ARS Plains Area Grazinglands Research Lab in El Reno, OK is requesting quotes for a 28 ft. Gooseneck livestock trailer or equivalent. The location would like to trade in two trailers that are currently owned. Photos of the trailers are located in the Attachments Section. Product Specifications: Gooseneck Brand 28' x 6'-8" Steel Livestock Trailer. Front MUST be V-shaped (square box shaped front will not be accepted). Black in color. Gray Canvas Front and Gray Canvas Top, Cleated Rubber Flooring, Full Escape door, 6 Trailfinder 235 85 R16 12 ply Tires, Spare mounted by jack, 4 1x3 Tube Sides, Slide/ Full Swing tailgate, 2 - Cross Gates 8/12/8. Suspension 7K torsion.
