The USDA, ARS, Plains Area Conservation and Production Research Lab in El Reno, OK is seeking services for the Packaging, Transportation, & Disposal of Hazardous Chemical Waste. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 (current as of FAC 2001-24), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotation being requested. The NAICS is 325199. The Solicitation number is 12805B20Q0220 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The description of items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order. See attached Hazardous Waste Inventory for the details of the waste to be removed. The successful contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision in performing all operations required to properly remove and dispose of hazardous chemical wastes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations must be followed. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Contractors are required to register or update their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation. All requests for information regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to James Porter at james.porter@usda.gov no later than 1600 CDT on 9/18/2020. Quotes are due to James Porter via email at james.porter@usda.gov. Offers are due by 09/18/2020 by 1600 CDT. Offerers must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov at the time of solicitation closing to be considered for this award.
