GENERAL INFORMATION 1.0 Scope of Work: The USDA, ARS, Grazinglands Research Laboratory, located at 7207 W. Cheyenne Street, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036, requires repair of ventilation in BDEC 23 (formerly BDEC18) to better cool livestock and technicians in the summer months as recommended by IACUCanimal care committee. This involves installing 5 government provided louvers to north wall of barn. Successful bidder will supply and provide all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, etc. to install the louvers. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS 3.0 Technical Requirements/fasks: Install four govt provided 72" wide x 36" high louvers with additional framing and trim material of like color centered at the top of north wall between beams 2 and 3, 4 and 5, 7 and 8, and 9 and 10 of BDEC 23. Install one govt provided 6' x 6' louver centered at ground level between beams 6 and 7 with additional framing and trim material of like color on north wall of BDEC 23. Clean project area and properly dispose of refuse when job is completed. 4.0 Government Furnished: louvers, electricity and water. 5.0 Deliverables / Schedule: Project shall be completed 45 days from date of award. Contractor shall notify LSM 10 days prior to completion date to arrange final inspection. 6.0 Travel: No travel-related expenses 7.0 Contractor's Key Personnel: 8.0 Security Requirements: N/A 9.0 Data Rights: N/A 10.0 Section 508: Electronic and Information Technology Standards: N/A 11.O RFQ Submission: All interested vendors that are U.S. owned small businesses and have an active registration in SAM.GOV may submit a quote.
