This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation 12805B20Q0079 is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect at this current time. This is a small business set aside under NAICS code 334614. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Only small business can participate in this solicitation. Verification of business size will be completed via the vendor's SAM registration. The U.S. Meat Animal Research Center is requesting quotes on the following contract line items: 1. Institutional Animal Care and Use Committe (IACUC) Protocol Software - 1 year 2. (Option Line Item) Institutional Animal Care and Use Committe (IACUC) Protocol Software - Option Year 1 3. (Option Line Item) Institutional Animal Care and Use Committe (IACUC) Protocol Software - Option Year 2 4. (Option Line Item) Institutional Animal Care and Use Committe (IACUC) Protocol Software - Option Year 3 5. (Option Line Item) Institutional Animal Care and Use Committe (IACUC) Protocol Software - Option Year 4 The U.S. Meat Animal Research Center IACUC Protocol Software Requirements are listed on the attached document labeled, IACUC Software Requirements Statement. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212.2 Applies. The government will award a contract resulting form this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
