Project Title: Renovate Asphalt Pavement and Driveway Areas at the Central Plains Resources Management Research (CPRMR) NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area (PA), High Plains Grasslands Research Station in Akron, CO's Asphalt Repair Project. This announcement is a Total Small Business Set Aside Request (SBSA) for Quote (RFQ). The USDA is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities, and supervision for complete construction of the following in accordance with the clauses, specifications, drawings, attachments, and other terms and conditions set forth in this SBSA solicitation. Base Bid is to Renovate Asphalt Sections and Chip Seal Asphalt Areas as shown in contract documents. Add Option 1 is to Renovate Section C and Apply Chip Seal to that Section, as described in the Statement of Work. This is currently subject to the availability of funds; the Federal Fiscal Year ends September 30th, 2019, an award will be made on or before that date if funds are available this fiscal year. NOTE: All contractors must be registered and remain Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, as required by FAR 4.1102, by the quote submission deadline.
