Work to be performed in accordance with Attachment I- Statement of Work of this posting. QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Read the solicitation in its entirety. 2. Questions related to this RFQ are due via email by 12PM MST, April 19, 2019, to Jessica Massey at Jessica.Massey@ars.usda.gov . 3. Quotes must be submitted via email by 12PM MST, April 24, 2019, to Jessica Massey at Jessica.Massey@ars.usda.gov 4. Vendor MUST fill out Attachment I- Quote Sheet for their pricing. 5. Quotes will be evaluated based off Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be technically acceptable the vendor must: • Proof that contractor owns or has access to equipment required to perform described work in Attachment I in a timely manner. • Assurances/references that the contractor will devote the time and effort to harvest the highest quality feed possible with current weather conditions and forecast. Firm-Fix Price using PER ACRE on Phases I-II. By BALE on phase III. By PER HOUR using estimated retrieval rate of 115 bale/hour for Phase IV.
