Update 7/13/2020: Questions & Answers, 7/13/2020 added. ------------------------------ The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement to remove and replace the cast iron sanitary sewage piping sections beneath Building 1 at the USDA, ARS, Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center, College Station, Texas. See attached RFQ 12805B-20-Q-0065. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation, and perform all required work in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated June 12, 2020. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
