The Kisatchie National Forest, Winn Ranger District is seeking a qualified contractor to replace culverts on system roads as detailed in the Schedule of Items and Statement of Work. For this project, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete the project. This Request for Quotes will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS of this acquisition is 237310 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. Award will be made to offeror representing the best value to the government and can be made on the initial offer. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at www.fbo.gov on or about July 25, 2019. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. A revised schedule of items has been posted to indicate the diameter of each culvert by location. This notice constitutes amendment 001 to the solicitation. An SF-30 will not be issued. All other terms and conditions, including the due date for submitting quotes remain unchanged.
