The Ozark-St. Francis National Forest has a requirement to remove and replace gutters, downspouts, splash blocks, and snow guards at the Blanchard Springs Caverns Visitor Information Center in Fifty Six, Arkansas, as will be further detailed in the Solicitation/ Request for Quotes. The solicitation will result in one firm fixed priced purchase order as best meets the needs of the Government based on lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The statement of magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The USDA Forest Service encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, service disabled veteran, and women owned business enterprises. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238170 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible, qualified small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Forest Service. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. The solicitation for this project will be available only through the www.beta.sam.gov Contracting Opportunities web site.
