Request for Quotation is for Base plus 4 Option Years of Janitorial Services for the Weaverville Ranger District of the Shasta Trinity National Forest. The contractor is responsible to maintain the building interior, and indicated exterior portions, at a level of cleanliness standard for commercial administrative buildings. The quantity of office furniture or utilization of floor space is subject to change during the contract period. Performance, the necessity of rework, and any payment deductions shall be based on the Government’s evaluation of the results compared to the standards and expectations indicated in the contract. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies, except those listed as Government Furnished Components, for the performance of this contract. Standard janitorial practices and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment are required.
