Must have scale/dynamic scale that is able to process 70 pound weight limit minimum. Must have online shipping program with a thermal printer. Must have ability to invoice customer for amount of postage added to meter monthly. Must provide access to technician for repairs and on site cleaning and calibration as needed. Must accept use of government purchase card or include all postage in contract. This will be a potential five-year contract (A Base and 4 Option Years).
