The Government intends to award up to 15 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Manual Fuels Reduction located on 6 national forests in Northern California. The Types of work will include all activities to maintain a healthy forest environment activity involved, but not limited to, treatments such as slashing, brushing, thinning, pullback, lopping and scattering, pruning, chipping, piling, covering piles, fuel break construction and burning activities are contemplated under this contract. The task orders against these contracts will be competed amongst the IDIQ contract awardees over the life of the contracts. The Maximum allowed to be ordered against all contracts is a total of $20 million, the expected IDIQ term is 5 years. LOCATION: Northern CA- Mendocino National Forest, Klamath National Forest, Lassen National Forest, Six Rivers National Forest, Modoc National Forest, and the Shasta-Trinity National Forest.
