The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to: *Unhook building from all utilities and diassemble as needed to transport *Transport all pieces of building to new site including fixed appliances *Reassemble building in new location and hook up to all utilities The building and all elements are expected to remain in the same condition. This includes roofing (which has been replaced since building installation) as well as all other components of the building. The building will be delivered to a location in Tulelake where a different building was recently decommissioned. Building is to be placed on foundation of decommissioned building. Utilities are located nearby however contractor will be responsible for extending them as necessary to hook building up to all utilities and for coordinating with utility companies as necessary. Expected utilities include potable water, sewer, propane and electricity. Upon termination of contractor work, building shall be in a condition enabling immediate use of building. Contractor shall leave both sites clean and free of debris. Current Modular Barracks location: Canby Work Center, Hwy 299, Canby, CA 96015 (Photo attached to SF1449) Delivery Location: Tulelake Housing Compound, Havalina Circle, Tulelake, CA 96134 (Photo attached to SF1449) SITE VISITS All bidders are strongly urged to conduct site visits to both the current and future barracks locations prior to entering bids in order to best assess the nature and extent of the necessary work. The building exteriors are accessible without prior approval. Contract work is required to take place between September 1 and October 31, 2022. Buillding must be fully installed and ready for use in the new location by October 31, 2022. PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS All work shall be performed by a contractor licensed to install scheduled items in the State of California.
