The contractor is responsible to maintain the building interior, and indicated exterior portions, at a level of cleanliness standard for commercial administrative buildings. The quantity of office furniture or utilization of floor space is subject to change during the contract period. Performance, the necessity of rework, and any payment deductions shall be based on Government's evaluation of the results compared to the standards and expectations indicated in the contract. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies, except those listed as Government Furnished components, for the performance of this contract. Standard janitorial practices and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment are required. The Contractor shall perform janitorial duties in the Almanor Ranger District Offices located at 900 East Highway 36, Chester, CA 96020. The total area to be services is approximately 16,370 square feet, includes the following offices: Main Office, New Fire Office, Fire Office/Conference Room, Wellnes House, Timber Office, Archaology Office.
