This amendment provides clarification to delivery end result for spreading and stockpiling at the two locations. Spreading will be required for Esperanza site and stockpiling at Eddy Creek site. STATEMENT OF WORK Shasta-Trinity National Forest Project Scope Esperanza Site Location 2100 tons of Class II Aggregate are to be delivered on Esperanza Road at the site location. The vendor will tailgate spread the rock. The Forest Service and/or partners will be grading and produce the end result needed for the Esperanza Road. Optional 5000 tons to be delivered in increments of no less than 1000 tons. Eddy Creek Road Site Location Optional 1000 tons of Class II Aggregate to be delivered at the site location. For the Eddy Creek Road location, the stockpile location will be located at the intersection of Forest Road 41N26 (Eddy Creek Road) and N. Old Stage Road (County Road) as shown on the map.
