Synopsis / Solicitation for Ammunition Shasta Trinity National Forest (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 127EAY21Q0056 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. (iv) This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 332992 Small Arms Ammunition; the small business size standard is 1250 employees; the Product/Service code is 1305 Ammunitions. (v) See attached Schedule of Items (vi) The Government is seeking to establish a purchase order contract for Ammunition listed on the Schedule of Items for the Shasta Trinity National Forest. See attached Schedule of Items. (vii) Delivery Destination: 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding CA 96002 (viii)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and offer an award based on the quote submission; therefore, the quote should contain the best terms from a price, and delivery time standpoint.
