The contractor must furnish all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and incidentals to repair storm damage at three buildings at the Chino site, including the Chino Yard Office, Supervisor’s Office, and Chino Shop. Required work includes roof replacement, drywall and insulation replacement, door replacement, ceiling and insulation replacement, gutter and downspout work, partial siding replacement at the Chino Yard Office, metal roof maintenance at the Supervisor’s Office and Chino Shop, window-frame repairs, caulking all windows, and Z-bar installation at the Supervisor’s Office roofline. Optional bid items, contingent on additional funds, include exterior painting of the Yard Office, weather-stripping and door-sweep replacement, and drywall/insulation replacement in the Supervisor’s Office if mold is found.
