This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under FAR Part 12. Quotations are requested to furnish labor, materials, tools, transportation, and supervision for campground improvements at Shirley Creek Campground in the Brownstown Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest. The project will develop individual campsites and includes staking camping spurs, stripping turf, earthwork, excavating spurs and social areas to sub-grade, installing and compacting aggregate base and surface courses, grading for drainage, and restoring disturbed areas with topsoil, seed, and mulch. Stripped turf and excess earthen materials must be disposed of by the contractor at on-site locations within the campground designated by the COR. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 238910 with a $19M small business size standard.
