Contractor will provide a cost proposal for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to increase cooling capacity in nine insect rearing rooms at the USDA Center for Grain and Animal Health Research in Manhattan, Kansas. The work includes installing nine 24,000 BTU ductless mini-split systems, associated electrical and mechanical work, and integration with the existing Johnson Controls METASYS building automation system. A detailed cost proposal with unit-priced labor and materials is required. The contractor must coordinate with site personnel to complete the project promptly.
