Work includes restoring roadway surfaces, improving drainage, and removing and installing upsized culverts to ensure safe access for administrative and public vehicles. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 237310 with a $45 million size standard.
