This project will consist of the removal and disposal of concrete and rock masonry portal sign bases in clear zones, the removal and disposal of existing wood portal signs, construction of new portal sign bases, and installation of Government-Furnished signs at 8 different sites across the Coconino National Forest, three (3) on the Flagstaff Ranger District, three (3) on the Mogollon Rim Ranger District, and two (2) on the Red Rock Ranger District. All bids will be emailed to the Contracting Officer (troy.mccullough@usda.gov) no later than 1:00 pm Central Daylight Time January 23rd, 2026. A site visit has been scheduled for January 6th, 2026 at 11:00 am Local Time. Contractors are to meet at 1824 S. Thompson St., Flagstaff AZ 86001. Questions are due to the Contracting Officer (troy.mccullough@usda.gov) by email by close of business on January 12th, 2026. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.
