Also remove, dispose, and replace the existing 1,201 square feet of Linoleum flooring with new vinyl flooring within the Single wide manufactured base home. Upon Removal of the old linoleum flooring contractor shall reinstall any damaged sub flooring, moisture barrier and new wood grain vinyl flooring as well as any molding that may be required.
